Our SNFist Grp currently have about 32 conformed Covid-19 cases under my care at the Nursing homes. Eleven (11) of those are hospitalized under our care. Of the 32, 21 are in different nursing homes with mild to moderate symptoms. Among, the 21 in the nursing homes, 3 have expired. Another 3 was transferred to another hospital. Among the 11 hospitalized under my direct care, 5 have developed respiratory failure, 2 of which is on a ventilator. The other 2, are on high flow O2. These 5 that have developed severe symptoms have been started on the “off label” treatment combo of hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin and Zinc sulfate.
Out of the 3 critical, 2 has been started on Kevzara by our infectious disease specialist as part of a phase 2/3 trial
Outcomes:
1 out of the 3 Patients on hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin and Kevzara, 1 has recovered amd was extubated. 1 has expired. 1 is still critically ill and hypoxic.
We, in the frontlines, should share treatment outcomes of the use of these meds so we can validate their efficacy.
We cant wait one year for a randomized controlled trials
Pls share the outcomes of your treatment on this forum (http://wix.to/e8CqCcw?ref=rm)

From what I’ve read, the effectiveness of COVID-19 meds often depends on timing, dosage, and individual health conditions. It’s always best to double-check with a trusted doctor rather than rely on mixed opinions online. I’ve seen how places like Paw Tenant emphasize the importance of proper documentation and guidance, and that same principle applies here having the right information makes all the difference.
Your post, “Do These Meds for COVID-19 Really Work?”, offers a valuable window into real-world treatment experiences and raises thoughtful questions about off-label drug use during critical times. While preparing for an online exam on medical ethics and treatment protocols, I looked into support services that allow someone to take my online course for me, helping manage my study load and ensure I absorbed such nuanced topics. It’s insightful to see how guidance, whether academic or clinical, can make complex content more approachable.
When it comes to Covid-19 medications, I feel experiences really vary some people notice improvement while others don’t see much effect. It’s important to share real treatment outcomes so everyone can understand better. On a related note, during my recovery I was also struggling with university work. I had assignments pending and needed timely support, so I turned to an academic editing help service. Honestly, it saved me a lot of stress. If anyone in the UK is looking for quality support, a reliable manuscript editing service UK can really make a difference.
